“Happy in the Valley,” starring legendary actors William Forsythe and Dee Wallace, has had its rights sold to Indican Pictures. The film, which also stars Shaun Sipos, Tiffany Shepis and Lew Temple, will be released in North America on DVD and on VOD February 26.
The vice president of Indican Pictures, Randolph Kret, said of the film, “We loved this dark twisted tale which reflects the craziness of reality television and is reminiscent of real life. The entire cast has incredible chemistry and the film is filled with non-stop hilarious moments throughout. Forsythe, Wallace, Sipos and the entire cast lure you into their wicked world.”
Here’s more about “Happy in the Valley:”
“This edgy, dark comedy set deep in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley follows Stewart Fox (Forsythe), a 50-something photographer, whose days as a premiere chronicler of rock-n-roll greats is long over. As Stewart races to what may be his final bottom, he drags along a reclusive alcoholic neighbor (Dee Wallace), a lonely detective (Lew Temple) and his irate sidekick (Shaun Sipos). Redemption may be right around the corner; however, it’s just not for everybody!”
