Former WWE championship wrestler, Kane, is once again showing his skilled intimation techniques, and proving he’s a versatile performer, in his upcoming horror film, ‘See No Evil 2.’ In the movie, which is a follow-up to his feature film acting debut, 2006’s ‘See No Evil,’ Kane’s (who’s billed by his legal name, Glenn Jacobs) character is determined to kill more unsuspecting victims. To help emphasize the evil lurking in Kane’s antagonist, Jacob Goodnight, the film’s distributor, Lions Gate Entertainment, has generously given Shockya an exclusive clip from the horror sequel.
The clip, titled ‘The Fleshing Knife,’ follows a man and woman who are frantically trying to hide under tables, as Jacob is slowly but surely looking for them. He’s carrying a knife with him as he menaces further into the room his potential victims are hiding in. Two of the couple’s friends also get a scare when they look over a counter to see if they’re safe from the killer, only to have just barely be seen by him. The four friends, who don’t say a word to each other throughout the minute-and-a-half clip, in order to keep their locations hidden from Jacob, convey their terror of being harmed to each other through their eye contact and body language.
‘See No Evil 2,’ which was produced by production company, WWE Studios, will be available On Demand and Digital HD on Friday, October 17th, and Blu-Ray and DVD on Tuesday, October 21. The movie was co-directed by twin sisters, Jen & Sylvia Soska, and scripted by Nathan Brookes and Bobby Lee Darby. It also also stars Danielle Harris, Kaj-Erik Eriksen, Katharine Isabelle, Lee Majdoub, Chelan Simmons, Greyston Holt and Michael Eklund.
Lions Gate Entertainment has released the following synopsis for ‘See No Evil 2’:
A group of friends pay a late-night visit to the city morgue hoping to surprise Amy (Danielle Harris) on her birthday. But the surprise is on them when the one-eyed corpse of brutal psychopath Jacob Goodnight unexpectedly rises from a cold sub-basement slab. Their wild party quickly turns into a terrifying slay-fest as the sadistic mass-murderer resumes his savage rampage complete with hooks, surgical knives and power saws in this blood-soaked sequel to See No Evil, directed by the notorious Soska sisters.
Thank you again Lions Gate Entertainment for offering Shockya the below exclusive ‘See No Evil 2’ clip, ‘The Fleshing Knife!’
