Backpacking across Europe isn’t what it used to be, three friends travel the countryside looking for two things, to get high and get laid.  Having being point to a small village that does not exist on any map they truly bargained for more than they wanted too as each one mysteriously disappears one by one. In this small village tourist is not just the main resource for income but they are the only resource, when anyone wants to kill another person you only need pay a price and for some that price is death itself.  Paying money to torture and kill another person is one hell of a way to make a living but the villagers are doing very well at it.

First off let me say this is a Heart Stopper on the Roger Moore movie scale. And for all of those who doubt me let me tell you my story.  During the film for those of you who haven’t seen it, there is a part with an eyeball and well two people sat in front of me at the theater.  It was a man and his young son, well during this eyeball portion of the movie the man leaned over and vomited into his sons lap.  This alone made this movie a Heart Stopper for me and nothing is ever going to change my opinion on that.  Eli Roth did an excellent job making this film and I personally cannot wait until next year for the sequel to make its way to the big screen. If you haven’t seen it just by it you won’t be sorry.
