Fright Factory Scream Park held their preview party Friday October 6th. It was an excellent display of fear and fright, and Toxic Shock made sure to attend the VIP party to view them in all their gory glory.Â
It was scream after scream as we walked thru the Frightmares haunted house. Costumed workers jumped out from every corner and put fear into us at every turn. We truly thought it was an excellent experience for the whole family. I know I enjoyed having the wits scared out of me, don’t you? The Mayor of Grand Terrace herself joined the party and partook in the walk thru of the house. With all do respect she seemed to be having a wonderful time as well. As did many local dignitaries and their families. Even a few members of the press decided to get in on the action. Because a large number of children attended the VIP party, the crew slightly toned things down as to not frighten the kids too much. But when it opens on Friday the 13th of October, (which what could be a better day to open a haunted house) be ready to be scared to death. Their ghost and ghouls won’t be holding anything back.
While attending the Fright Factory Theme Park, you’ll be treated to three ghastly themed haunts, including Carnies, Fortress, and Frightmares. Also, don’t forget to check out the Frightmares Horror Film Festival, and you may just get a preview of a new release at the Horrorwood Theater. Have a screaming good time on the 3D ride of Terror, or test your skills at the Midway of Mayhem. Check out the Macabre Café for quick bite to recharge, you’ll never know when you just might loose your lunch.  Plan on checking out the Horror & Gothic Marketplace, who says you can’t buy yourself a Halloween Gift, it is a holiday right? And you’ll never know what celebrities, and rock stars will be stopping by. Plan on enjoying live music from some of your favorite headliners, you never know whom you’ll be seeing. As always count on there to be plenty of Monsters, Freaks, Ghost, and Ghouls.
As always be afraid, be very afraid. Cause the Fright Factory is not something for the faint of heart. We for one cannot wait until the Grand Opening of the Fright Factory and know that we’ll be visiting as often as possible. We plan on bringing everyone we know. The Fright Factory Scream Park runs October 13th-31st. It’s at the NOS events center in San Bernardino CA.
