IGN reports today that at long last, the once lost treatment of Stanley Kubrick’s murder mystery “Lunatic at Large” has been retrieved by Kubrick’s Son-in-law Philip Hobbs and is now set to be made into a motion picture.
“I remember he was very excited at the time about Lunatic at Large, but then other things happened.” says Kubrick’s widow Christiane.
The movie will be set in the 1950’s as originally planned.
