IGN reports that the pre-production of the long awaited Halo movie has been postponed due to pre-budgeting issues between Universal and Fox studios. Universal has threatened Fox with a lawsuit to cover half of the 12 million dollar pre-production costs, in the meantime Microsoft and production company Wingnut Films have postponed production.
