Déjà vu follows ATF agent Doug Carlin through the after math of a horrible explosion on a New Orleans Ferry Boat that claimed more than 500 lives, men women and children al killed in an instant. Finding a way to travel back in time Carlin must save a young woman’s life and stop the carnage from happening. Will he be able to do it or is changing the past impossible.
Tony Scott has delivered another action packed nonstop thrill ride, and this time with Denzel leading the way along with Kilmer backing him it is a definite winner. It’s not going to win an Oscar but it’ll win your heart, especially if you’re an action junky. The action sequences were done with great timing and style.
Receiving Two Skipped Beats on the Roger Moore movie scale Déjà vu is a winner and it is deserving of any collection of any action fan. I enjoyed it from start to finish, there was never a dull moment, it just kept on giving and giving. When the action faded the mind went to work. This will be recommended to all those who enjoy the work of Washington and any true action film.
