Staind have just unveiled the official video for their new single, “Believe.” The Christopher Sims (Saosin, Bleeding Through) directed clip is the first off the hard rock band’s upcoming Johnny K. (Disturbed, Black Tide) produced album, “The Illusion of Progress”. Staind are currently out on tour with 3 Doors Down and Hinder.
The Illusion of Progress marks Staind’s sixth studio album and is the follow-up to 2005’s RIAA platinum-certified Chapter V. STAIND’S last three studio albums all debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 album chart, earning their place as one of the most successful rock bands of the new millennium. STAIND joins an elite shortlist of five other artists who have also accomplished this feat, including U2, Dave Matthews Band, System Of A Down, Van Halen, and Disturbed.
“The Illusion of Progress” will be available in stores on August 19th.

The Illusion of Progress should be a good album, glad these guys are back.
It hasn’t been that long since Staind produced an album, I think their last one was in 2005. I can’t wait to hear the new album.
These guys with 3 Doors Down and Hinder, sounds like a great tour.
