IGN is reporting that the rumors are true and that Linda Hamilton, who played the famous Sarah Connor, mother of human resistance hero John Connor, in “Terminator” And “Terminator 2: Judgment Day,” will have a cameo doing a voice-over in the upcoming 4th Terminator film, “Terminator Salvation”.
According to IGN and Chud.com’s anonymous source, who claims to have heard the voice cameo, “[h]er voice over is not long, and it comes at the very beginning of the movie; the source compared it in tone and style to her voice over in T2”.
“Terminator Salvation”, starring Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, Bryce Dallas Howard, Helena Bonham Carter, and featuring a cameo from Arnold Schwarzenegger, does not take place in the present but rather the future, during the often-mentioned War Against the Machines. It will show Connor’s (Bale) rise to become the leader of the human resistance movement, his relationship with an amnesiac Terminator from another time, and the sinister plans of the machines who are experimenting on humans.
“Terminator Salvation” is in theaters May 21st, 2009.
