Universal is reportedly in early development on “Fear Agent,” the Dark Horse sci-fi title. Currently an open-writing assignment, the studio is interested in developing the title into a film with “Air Force One” producer Jonathan Shestack, who currently has the rights to “Fear Agent”.
Rick Remender’s “Fear Agent” centers on Heath Huston, one of the last Fear Agents, a borderline alcoholic Texan astronaut who fights threats to planet Earth. The series began in 2005 as an Image Comics property before moving to Dark Horse Comics in 2006.
