The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that renowned comic book scribe Geoff Johns, who has worked on the critically-acclaimed “Green Lantern” titles for DC Comics as well as the recent “The Flash: Rebirth”, has been tapped to produce and co-write a “Flash” adaptation for the big screen.
Warner Bros. hired Johns, as well as Grant Morrison and Marv Wolfman last fall to act as writers and consultants on several superhero projects, which has resulted in a treatment for a “Flash” adaptation that Johns write. Dan Mazeau is working on a script based on that treatment. No director has been announced yet.
