FEARnet, the world’s premier online and on demand destination for horror, thriller and suspense will be bringing out the stars of their upcoming spine tingling web series “Fear Clinic” – led by horror legends Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger of The Nightmare on Elm Street blockbuster franchise) and Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees in the Friday the 13th franchise), scream queen Danielle Harris (Rob Zombie’s Halloween) and series director Robert Hall (Laid to Rest) – will up the fear factor at Comic-Con 2009 with a panel event and exclusive sneak preview of the highly-buzzed about production set to premiere this October.
FEARnet is further upping the scare ante as the “Master of Horror” himself, Clive Barker (Hellraiser and Candyman franchises) will moderate the “Fear Clinic” panel event scheduled for Friday, July 24 from 6:30-7:30pm in Room 5AB. Also participating on the panel will be “Fear Clinic” executive producer Jim Burns.
During the hour long panel, Barker will lead panelists in a discussion about the making of the eerie “Fear Clinic” which follows the sinister, maniacal genius Dr. Andover (Englund) whose obsession is to cure humanity’s worst fears using a method of his creation called: The Fear Chamber — a device that can bring any worst fear to life.
Prior to the panel, Comic-Con attendees will get to come face-to-face with the “Fear Clinic” cast and director during a talent signing from 3:00pm-4:00pm at the Sony Pictures Entertainment booth (booth #4313)
