Film Synopsis: After Bella recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed, a sight that proves too intense for the Cullens, who decide to leave the town of Forks, Washington for Bella and Edward’s sake. Initially heartbroken, Bella finds a form of comfort in reckless living, as well as an even-closer friendship with Jacob Black. Danger in different forms awaits.

Dude. Wte? Jake and Bella are NOT supposed to kiss! They ALMOST kiss! This had better be right before “Carlisle” calls. -__- If it isn’t, well…no. They shouldn’t kiss. That’s all I got to say. PEACE!<3
I agree Samantha. They are not supposed to kiss at all in New Moon. So if they do kiss in the movie, then Weitz surely didn’t stay true to the book, nor did Rosenberg’s script writing. The almost kiss happens when Jacob is bringing Bella home in her truck right after the cliff jumping incident. She contemplates the idea, but before the “kiss” can happen, Jacob smells vampire and Bella sees the black Mercedes. So hopefully the still pic that we see is one of an “almost kiss.” I’m going to hate the full kiss seen in Eclipse, but what matters is…in the end, Bella and Edward are together; living happily ever after.
Their lips don’t lock in this picture. It’s probably still an “almost-kiss”. The headline “Jacob and Bella Kiss” is just to attract attention :)
OMG! I hope they don’t kiss here but I can’t wait for them to kiss in Eclipse. If I had it my way, Jacob and Bella would end up together. I couldn’t care less about Edward.
and, i agree with Ally. i’m definetly for team Jake. I run wit the wolves! But, i also agree with Samantha, because if they kiss in New Moon, that would totally screw the series into a corner. Then again so did the baseball scene in Twilight, when James leaves w his arm wrapped around Victoria.
I have been studying movie production for awhile, and I can honestly say that I think this movie still is just a way to get people who wouldn’t usually watch these movies to crack. More money for the box office that way. But if they do kiss, I agree with Ashleigh. It would screw up the series. And as for team Edward or Jacob, I wouldn’t go for either. I like the real thing. I’d go with just team Taylor.real abs!!!

OMG! they can’t kiss in New Moon that’s not how the book goes!! but don’t get me wrong i totally can’t wait to see their kiss in Eclipse! Why do people think bella should be with jacob? They are always arguing. He makes a great best friend/brother…but romance…nah! Everyone thinks Edward is controlling but he only wants bella to be happy. When he realizes what makes her happy…he usually lets her have her way. If you read the whole saga…you will see that eventually bella is really happy. The Jacob thing was really because of something else (dont wanna spoil for those who havent read). Everything works out in the end.
