According to a report by Variety.com, the Fox network and Dreamworks TV are beginning development of “Howl”, a werewolf TV series set in Alaska.
Joshua Miller and M.A. Fortin are writing the series, Variety says. Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank from Dreamworks are onboard to act as executive producers. “Howl” is described as an “epic family saga” and is about warring werewolf families in Alaska.
“Alaska is a place where people disappear and now you know why,” Miller told Variety about the show.
No casting or premiere date has been released yet.
