Singer Trent Reznor, who shocked movie-goers when he scored last year’s hit ‘The Social Network,’ is reteaming with the film’s director, David Fincher, to create the music for his latest film, Collider.com is reporting. Fincher, who’s currently helming the American remake of ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’ in Sweden, liked Reznor’s music from the Facebook biopic so much that he recruited him and his scoring partner Atticus Ross to work with him again.
The former Nine Inch Nails frontman confirmed his new job during an interview with The New York Times‘ Jon Pareles. ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’ remake, which is based on the first novel of the same name in Steig Larsson’s Millenium Trilogy, stars Rooney Mara, who first worked with Fincher on ‘The Social Network.’ Daniel Craig, Robin Wright, Stellan Skarsgard and Christopher Plummer are all on board to star in the remake as well.
