For those of you who are yearning for more Harry Potter news, there’s a new poster for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II” that you might want to check out.
This alternative poster designed by the Fro Design Co., called These are Dark Times, features portraits of Harry and Voldemort looming over Hogwarts.
If you’d like one, you’d better hurry. This poster is a limited edition; there are only 50 that will be printed and sold. The cost is $25 and there’s free shipping.
The Fro Design Co., headed by graphic artist/web designer Fro, has designed many retro-inspired and graphic posters for various movies, including Midnight Run, The Three Amigos, and Don Quixote. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, pt. 2 will be released July 15, 2011 and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Helena Bonham Carter, Jason Issacs, and Ralph Fiennes. The film will pick up where Deathly Hallows, pt. 1 left off; the trio (Grint, Watson, Radcliffe) will finish their quest of finding the seven horcruxes and will return to Hogwarts to face off with Lord Voldemort (Fiennes) and his Death Eaters, including the morally confused Draco Malfoy (Felton) and his father, Lucius (Issacs), and aunt Bellatrix (Bonham Carter).
