The HDNet network has integrated Sunday Night Music, which will feature high definition live concerts every Sunday. The HDNet Concert Series will begin May 22, 2011 with Crosby and Nash 7:30pm EST. This is the first in a series of live concerts for the HDNet channel. Crosby and Nash have been together since 1968 with ‘CSN’ and ‘CSN&Y’. Although other members from their former bands have come and gone, the duo seem to never part from each other.
After many years of music Crosby and Nash have evolved into their own independent label. Their label ‘Blue Castle Records’ has reissued digital and vinyl versions of archival hit album ‘Another Stoney Evening’, released earlier this year.
The broadcast will be a live celebration from the Palace Theatre in Stamford, Connecticut. A rejoicing for 40 years of C&N rock and acknowledgement of their new label ‘Blue Castle Records’. HDNet comments that it will be “A one of a kind performance”. With the legends performing ‘Long Time Gone’, ‘Marrakesh Express’, ‘Almost Cut My Hair’, and ‘Our House’. It is a must see show, only on HDNet!! An encore presentation will be on that same evening.
Upcoming HDNet Concert Series include, Nickelback, Mariah Carey, Paul McCartney, John Mayer and more. HDNet Concert Series on Sunday nights.
The HDNet channel airs exclusively in 1080i high definition format through cable and satellite television. With a variety of shows, sports, news and movies geared towards men.
