It is utterly amazing how the power of music breaks down barriers. In this day and age we have Rappers listening to Metal and Rock n’ Rollers listening to Rap. And the both genres are listening to Blues, Southern Rock and Country music. Atleast.., people are being more upfront and outspoken about it these days. The truth is, we will always have our favorite styles of music that hit home more than other genres. But, only fools cut themselves short by denying good music when we hear it. Regardless of someone’s skin color, the type of clothes, the way they style their hair or even how many tattoos they have, to disregard greatness for any reason is foolish. Everyone has something to offer and learning from each other is what life is all about. Anyway, this isn’t a sermon but this does however lead into a magnificent segue.
