The official poster for the hit HBO comedy series ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’s eighth season has been released by the premium cable network. The poster arrived just in time for the season’s Sunday, July 10 premiere at 10 pm.
‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’s upcoming season will follow the same format laid out in the preceding seven seasons. The show continues to follow the life of a fictionalized version of ‘Seinfeld’ co-creator Larry David, a semi-retired television writer and producer who splits his time between his real-life home town of New York and Los Angeles. Cheryl Hines stars as David’s wife Cheryl and Jeff Garlin portrays David’s manager Jeff.
Season eight will feature guest-starring appearances from such actors as Michael J. Fox, Ana Gasteyer, Ricky Gervais, Rosie O’Donnell and Cheyenne Jackson. Fred Melamed will also guest-star as one of David’s many psychiatrists. Such actors as Wanda Sykes, Susie Essman and J.B. Smoove will have recurring roles throughout the season, which will feature eight episodes and will end on Sunday, August 28.
‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ follows David’s everyday life, and his problems with social expectations and other people’s behavior. He often feels the need to express his annoyance, which often leads to awkward situations.
