Is there anyone who wants to live in the house featured in the Pixar film, “Up”? Well, if you’ve got roughly $400,000 and live–or want to live–in Utah, you can now ask your real-estate agent about buying the house.

The house was built by Bangerter Homes, a third-generation contracting company in Utah. The company was able to get the blessing of Disney/Pixar in order to build the home to exact specifications of the house in “Up,” including the placement of the garden hose, the colors of the home, and even the mailbox that has Carl and Ellie’s names and handprints on it.

Even the inside is built and decorated exactly like how the house was in the movie, down to the picture of Paradise Falls over the mantle.

The house is up for sale around $399,000, which is actually very reasonable considering it could have been priced at much more due to it being a house endorsed by Disney/Pixar. You can read more about the house, which is on the 2011 Salt Lake Parade of Homes starting July 29, at Bangerter Homes’ blog. You can also see more pictures at CinemaBlend.

What do you think about this foray between reality and animation? And would you like to live in this house? Give your opinions on this in the comments section below.
