A new trailer for “The Perfect Age of Rock ‘n’ Roll” from director Scott D. Rosenbaum. The movie follows the rock star Spyder who returns back home after his second studio album bombs. With the main character played by actor Kevin Zegers, who is also on board as Clyde in “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde”, the movie doesn’t look half bad.
Throughout the trailer you see Spyder struggling with his music, and his estranged best friend Eric Genson (played by Jason Ritter, the son of Jon Ritter), who is also something of a musical genius. Together the two will attempt to put together a new album while traveling on the famous Route 66 after seven year’s apart, recalling childhood memories and butting heads over songs. The script was written by Rosenbaum, and screenplay writer Jasin Cadic.
“The Perfect Age Of Rock ‘N’ Roll” is scheduled to be released this summer on August 5th, 2011, and includes stars such as Peter Fonda, actress Taryn Manning, Kelly Lynch, Ruby Dee, Lukas Haas, Lauren Holly, Billy Dee Willi, to name a few.
