I became a fan of Breaking Benjamin after listening to their Phobia album at work on my ipod (with one ear bud on). What Breaking Benjamin means to me is raw truth. All their songs have deep purposes whether its straight forward like “Skin” or metaphorical like “Breath”. Their music along with Benjamin Burnley’s alluring voice make it a perfect combination. I love singing along to their songs, using my pen as an imaginary drum and of course screaming Fall! to the beginning of “I will not bow”. I have yet to see them in concert, but a Deluxe version of their album, “Shallow Bay: The Best of Breaking Benjamin” will soothe my soul.
