In some ways, we have been enjoying the direction the music world has taken since the start of the 21st Century. Growing up, we were often drawn to underground music due to the pop and emotionless tunes that cluttered the surface. As time passes, more and more “above ground artists” are beginning to appeal to us because they are expressing the 90s musical traits we once fell for, which mainly included aspects of the theatrical world. For example, with mainstream artists like Lady Gaga, Adele and Beyonce, you don’t just hear catchy choruses. Their tracks more notably include layers of emotion that are able to channel through to listeners. The dramatics of a song are what we often connected with as teenagers and now, we are glad to say these theatrical qualities are starting to float to the musical surface untainted by fame.
Let us introduce you to the latest artist to happily bring us back to our underground days. The singer is part of the Polish pop group, Blog 27, which formed in 2005 and rose to fame with the debut album, “”. The album reached double platinum and ranked #1 on MTV Maxx charts.
