Nicholas Braun has been added to the league of hilarious actors all on board ‘Neighborhood Watch’. Joining the ranks of the already cast Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill, Ben Stiller and actress Rosemarie DeWitt, Braun will most likely play a character that belongs to the fake neighborhood watch program headed up by a group of men all trying to get time away from their nagging wife and kids. Unfortunately their guy time comes to an abrupt end when they come face to face with a conspiracy.
Neighborhood Watch comes from 50/50 actor Seth Rogen and writer Evan Goldberg. The comedy, set to be produced by Shawn Levy, will make its debut in theaters next summer on July 27th 2011. Meanwhile, the young Braun brings with him an impressive and recent list of credits that include Disney’s Prom, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and the upcoming flick Gay Dude. He has previously appeared in the TV series Poor Paul as the character Clyde, The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, 10 Things I Hate About You, The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Princess Protection Program. It looks like Braun is jumping into more adult fare with this latest casting news.
