Courteney Cox And David Arquette are said to be developing a new television sitcom that centers on a group of friends. The former alum of the hit series Friends, that ran from 1994 through 2004, starring Cox alongside Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, will be collaborating with her ex-husband David Arquette on the new project.
The show will reportedly (according to TV Line) “explore the ups and downs of relationships across a group of friends, spanning 10 years,” with the series fittingly titled ‘Ten Year’. David Arquette is rumored to also star in the Cox vehicle, which seems to put somewhat of a damper on the Friends like venture. The Cougar Town star will only be working behind the scenes, with Ten Year being produced by the duo’s production team, called Coquette Productions.
Currently Cox is busy with her Cougar series, and is scheduled to show up in a guest stint on Web Therapy as Serena Duvall. Meanwhile, Arquette is involved with a string of movie roles, from the motion picture Sold, to Hemlock Drive, The Cottage, and Conception.
