Bunraku isn’t your standard action film; it boasts a degree of style and aestheticism that’s so striking, it almost transcends the story. In honor of the film’s September 30th theatrical release, mixed media artist Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell hit the Chateau Marmont to show off a series of art pieces inspired by the film.
Bunraku‘s Josh Hartnett, Kevin McKidd, Ron Perlman, director Guy Moshe and more were all on hand to celebrate the unveiling and we’ve got an inside look at all the action. Check out the set of photos from the event below including a shot of the men of Bunraku as well as some of Corbell’s work.
If you’re itching for more, find out if Bunraku is playing near a theater by you right here. No luck there? Bunraku is also available On Demand.
