You can read more about the show here at The Hollywood Reporter, but as a spurned fan of “The Playboy Club,” I have to point out an irony–“The Playboy Club” gets taken off the air because of its so-called “degrading” view of women, yet a rapper who was once part of the gang culture and has lyrics which has to have most of the words bleeped-out gets to have a comedy show on NBC. What’s the deal, here? I’m not saying Snoop can’t have his show, because I’m sure it’ll be entertaining, but if Snoop can have a show on basic cable, so can Hugh Hefner.
