I am a bit of a squeamish person when it comes to horror films, so my answer to my question/article title is no, I couldn’t handle 130 horror films in three minutes. But that’s part of the fun of watching horror, isn’t it? Testing your limit is part of its charm.
In any case, Sleepy Skunk has graced ShockYa with his video featuring said films. It features clips from “The Omen,” “Psycho,” “The Shining,” “Poltergeist,” “The Ring,” “Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Leprechaun” and plenty more. There’s also plenty of gore, face slashing, bloodletting, slicing people in half, deadly head trauma and anything else that might make you throw up, all of it set to the tune of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Bad Moon Rising.” Overall, it’s a fitting tribute to the world of horror as well as the season of Halloween.
You can check out the video at YouTube or embedded below the post. Perhaps after watching it, you’ll get a hankering to see some of these films again in their entirety. I already know that I want to watch “Psycho” again after getting a glimpse of “Mother” wielding the knife.
