The last notice about The “Hunger Games” from President Snow included information about the District mayors being chosen and the poster for “The Hunger Games” being released. There’s been a new memo from President Snow about the impending games.

“As we begin this new year, I would like to extend my best wishes to each and every citizen of Panem–from the lowliest District citizens to the Capitol’s best-known names, as we all look ahead to March 23rd and the opening of the 74th annual Hunger Games,” states Snow in the memo. “Anticipation for this year’s Games is already at a fever pitch. Even District 12 promises to be competitive this year, judging by the spirit displayed by Miss Katniss Everdeen, who made waves as Twelve’s first volunteer in decades. But don’t worry–Seneca Crane promises that he and the Gamemakers have plenty of formidable surprises in store for the Tributes.”
