Bleeding Cool has delivered some exciting news for Smallville fans. After going off the air, ending their ten year run on the CW last year, it looks like story writer Brian Q. Miller of the show is looking to resurrect the story of Superboy turned Superman. According to rumors, and let’s hope this comes to fruition, Miller is working on a Smallville season 11 in the form of the prose book that will reportedly pick up where we left off with Clark (Tom Welling), Chloe (Allison Mack), Lois (Erica Durance), Oliver (Justin Hartley), Lex (Michael Rosenbaum), Tess (Cassidy Freeman), and the rest of the gang.
After some of the Smallville population felt robbed, calling the series finale a disappointment, maybe Miller’s book will help ease the pain. News on when the Smallville book will be released has yet to be revealed. Aside from his work on the long running show, Brian Q. Miller is also known for his DC comic work, as well as a contributor to the comic Batgirl series, Teen Titan, and the new ’52 Relaunch’. Meanwhile, The CW looks to be looking to fill the void of Smallville with a new series resembling the Green Arrow. Be sure to sound off and tell us what you think of a Smallville 11 book below.
