If there’s anything that’s just as anticipated as the film adaptation of “The Hunger Games,” it’s the soundtrack to the film adaptation of “The Hunger Games.” News about the soundtrack has been coming out in a slow trickle, but finally, the biggest news since the release of Taylor Swift and the Civil Wars’ single has been announced–the release of the cover art on the film’s official Facebook page.
The cover art for the soundtrack, subtitled, “Songs for District 12 and Beyond,” is standard, to say the least. It’s basically a cropped version of the poster showing Katniss. You can view the cover below the post.

“The Hunger Games” stars Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks and Donald Sutherland. The synopsis of the film is centered around Katniss Everdeen, a girl who volunteers to be a tribute in The Capitol’s Hunger Games and also has to deal with the two loves in her life, Peeta and Gale.
