Acoustic videos serve the purpose of giving listeners “live music” without purchasing a ticket to a concert. Technically, you can say these clips are ripping off artists from earning the ticket income. If you look at it from another angle, you can also say these acoustic videos are luring listeners into a band’s music, which will in turn increase ticket revenue. The alternative rockers, Redlight King, will work the latter statement on you with the acoustic video for the Top 10 Active Rock Radio hit, “Bullet In My Hand”, which is off of the band’s debut album, “Something For The Pain”, available now on iTunes.
After listening to the acoustic clip, you will subconsciously be finding yourself purchasing tickets for their upcoming performances at rock festivals this spring, alongside Korn, Evanescence, Incubus, Marilyn Manson, Megadeth, Rob Zombie and Slash. See how that acoustic magic works? The outfit will be performing on April 5th in Rockingham, NC at Carolina Rebellion; April 18th in Columbus, OH at Rock on the Range; April 25th – April 27th at Rocklahoma!
