A new UStream video interview conducted by ‘We the Party’ cast members YG, Mario Van Peebles, Mandela Van Pebles, Makaylo Van Peebles, Maya Van Peebles, Patrick Cage II and Tiny Lister has been released. The actors of the new independent comedy, which is now playing in select theaters and will be released in six additional markets this Friday, discussed their personal experiences in shooting the film. The cast spoke about such topics as their funniest moments on the set, helpful tips and advice for up-and-coming actors and what it was like working with Mario, who also directed ‘We the Party.’
‘We the Party’ follows five high school friends, including Hendrix, played by Mandela, who are learning to cope with the pressures of life in their diverse Los Angeles school. The group makes a pact to lose their virginity before the prom, not initially realizing the consequences their actions can have until their lives are changed.
