Roseanne Barr is back on TV with the help of Comedy Central. She will be roasted in “The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne.” The newest promos for the upcoming “The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne” feature the comedian conducting a choir as they sing “The Star Spangled Banner.” It is one of two promotional videos for the event on Comedy Central’s website. According to comedycentral.com, Kent Alterman, head of Original Production, believes that this roast will be “more reminiscent of the classic roasts, where the intimacy of friends jousting with each other came through.” When asked about her roast, Roseanne spoke in true comedic fashion, saying, “All I can say is good luck finding anything about me to make fun of… I mean, I’ve never made a mistake or offended anyone in my life!” (according to comedycentral.com)

Roseanne Barr is an extremely influential comedian and television actress. She is well known for her long running sitcom, “Roseanne” (1988-1997), and her movie roles in “Look Who’s Talking Too” and “Home on the Range.”
