The film is directed by Akiva Schaffer (“Saturday Night Live,” “Hot Rod”) and is written by Jared Stern (“Mr. Popper’s Penguins,” “The Princess and the Frog”), Seth Rogen (“The Green Hornet,” “Funny People”), and Evan Goldberg (“Goon,” “Superbad”). “The Watch” hit American theaters on Friday, July 27th.
