Disney’s ‘The Odd Life of Timothy Green’ will be in full bloom for the holidays as it will be released on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD, High Definition Digital and On-Demand platforms on December 4. The imaginative story was written and directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Peter Hedges, and stars Jennifer Garner, Joel Edgerton, Dianne Wiest and CJ Adams in the title role.
‘The Odd Life of Timothy Green’ follows a happily married couple, Jim and Cindy Green, played by Edgerton and Garner, who dream about what it would be like to have a child. On a stormy night, Timothy shows up on their doorstep. Soon they realize the unexpected can bring some of life’s greatest gifts.
The Blu-ray Combo Pack includes several never-before-seen bonus features, including the documentary ‘Family Roots: Bringing ‘The Odd Life of Timothy Green’ to the Screen,’ which looks at this unique family story and the creative team that brought it to life; “Glen Hansard: Behind ‘This Gift,” in which the Academy Award winning songwriter tells how he and Marketa Irglova crafted the end-credits song; the ‘This Gift’ music video; five all-new deleted scenes; and a director audio-commentary. The DVD features the music video and deleted scenes, while the HD Digital includes everything except the director’s commentary.
