The legacy of E.T. should go without saying. Considered one of director Steven Spielberg’s finer efforts, E.T.‘s influence can be felt throughout cinema. To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the picture, Universal recently released a Blu-ray to commemorate the film, with a brand new transfer and extras. E.T.’s never looked or sounded this good, and the extensive extras are worthy of the film’s debut on the format.
I was fortunate enough to speak with Ms. Dee Wallace, who many know for playing Elliott’s mother. The interview is below as she sits down to discuss her time and her take on E.T.’s 30 years.
