‘The Walking Dead: The Game’ from Telltale Games is offering its critically acclaimed first episode, ‘A New Day,’ for free for a limited time on the App Store. The game series was recently named the Game of the Year at Spike’s Video Game Awards, and was also awarded with top honors from such outlets as Yahoo! Games, Digital Trentds and GamesRadar.

The base application can be downloaded for free for a limited time, which includes ‘A New Day.’ Episodes two through five can also be purchased in-app individually for $4.99. Users can also save 25 percent on the episodes by purchasing them as a multi-pack for $14.99.
