It would appear that yours truly is a fan of either fam-friendly CGI entertainment and/or R-rated shenanigans this year. The Croods and Spring Breakers both impressed while The Call and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone went into a free-fall. Also earning some play (screening) time were a couple of independent products in Stoker and Monk.

And just a quick side note: Spring Breakers still hasn’t fully resonated in the mind…Could take a couple months to determine its true position in the below.
