Get an exclusive look into the life of Effie Trinket with the Capitol Couture Tumblr blog for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.’ Lionsgate has re-launched the blog, which was created in January 2012, two months before the theatrical release of ‘The Hunger Games.’ It has since been established as the preeminent source for Capitol Fashion and Culture.

Capitol Couture released the Special Edition: Capitol Portraits in March, which offered an exclusive first look at Effie, who’s played by Elizabeth Banks. The launch of Capitol Couture Issue One: Chroma Nouveau marks the first of many seasonal issues to be released.

‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,’ the follow-up film to last year’s hit sci-fi action adventure, ‘The Hunger Games,’ was produced by Color Force. The sequel, which will be released on November 22 and is based on Suzanne Collin’s hit 2009 sci-fi novel ‘Catching Fire,’ follows Katniss, played by Jennifer Lawrence, as she returns home after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games. Along with fellow tribute and winner Peeta Mellark, portrayed by Josh Hutcherson, the two must embark on a Victor’s Tour of the districts. Along the way, Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering. But the Capitol is still in control as President Snow, played by Donald Sutherland, prepares for the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell), a competition that could change Panem forever.
