Harley (Woodward) wakes up hungover after a wild night out with this friends. His fiance Sophie (Reeves) is trying to get him ready for a big meeting with her father so he can make junior partner at his law firm. Heading to the bathroom, he notices something off –a woman’s bloodied dead body in his shower. He can’t remember a thing from the night before after leaving the bar. Harley must retrace his steps and start asking questions from his creepy apartment supervisor Rommel (Oberst) and best friend Alfred (Covington). Then the unimaginable happens; more bodies turn up.

The negative: The ending, I hated it. Once the reason for the blackouts is revealed, it all goes downhill for me. I don’t want to give away the ending, but it’s frustrating as hell and Harley makes all kinds of bad decisions when it could all been handled in his apartment.  Nothing was really resolved for me. I think it had something to do with a grudge, but it wasn’t exactly clear. The final scene played off as if it were thrown in last minute.  The acting was dry or a little too over dramatic for my liking by some of the performers, but Timothy Woodward Jr has some good dialogue which made him palatable, but the character was aggravating.

The positive: The negatives don’t exactly outweigh the positives. The story was simple and had a classic murder mystery feel.  It’s a decent low budget suspense.
