“Fright Night” is back for a second round of vampires in “Fright Night 2,” but this time, the vampire isn’t Colin Farrell’s Jerry that people are running from (or running to, if you’re into that sort of thing). This time, there’s a new vampire–a female vampire. Funnily enough, her name is Gerri (nudge, wink).
Gerri Dandrige (Jamie Murray) is a dangerous vampire by night who thirsts for human blood, but by day, she’s an enticing and sexy professor. Some students on a trip to Romania become caught in her grasp, and the trip soon becomes a mission to stop Gerri from bathing in the blood of a “new moon virgin,” who just so happens to be Charley’s (Will Payne) ex-girlfriend, Amy (Sacha Parkinson).
