Citizens of Panem, The Capitol mandates your viewing of President Snow’s official Panem Address, ‘Together as One,’ from ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part I.’ The address, which is brought to you by Capitol TV in 4K, will be able for viewing on The Capitol’s website, which also allows viewers to register for updates from the president.
President Snow’s Panem Address has been released in anticipation of the upcoming release of the sci-fi adventure film. The second sequel in the acclaimed ‘Hunger Games’ film series will be released in theaters nationwide on November 21.
Lionsgate, the company which will distribute ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part I,’ has released the following synopsis for the follow-up:
The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.

Francis Lawrence, who directed the previous installment in the franchise, ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,’ returned to helm the upcoming film. The script for the movie, which is based on the novel ‘Mockingjay’ by Suzanne Collins, was penned by Danny Strong and Peter Craig.
