The painful mistakes people have made in their pasts can often harrowingly influence the decisions they make about their futures, and the way they interact with their communities in the present. That gripping sorrow that distressingly motivates people to take matters into their own hands, no matter what personal consequences they may later face, is intriguingly presented in one of Steven Seagal’s latest action films, ‘Code of Honor.’

In celebration of the drama’s home release on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD on July 5, Shockya is offering one lucky winner a movie bundle featuring three of Seagal’s classic action films. ‘Code of Honor’ and ‘Absolution’ will be awarded on Blu-ray, while ‘Sniper: Special Ops’ will be presented on DVD. Seagal’s 20115 action adventure film, ‘Absolution,’ was co-written and directed by Keoni Waxman. The movie follows Seagal’s character, John Alexander, a contract killer who encounters a girl on the run from a mob boss (Vinnie Jones), who has powerful political ties. John is subsequently torn between protecting the girl and remaining loyal to the government agency that hired him for the mission.

This year’s action war film, ‘Sniper: Special Ops,’ follows the title Army Sniper, Jake Chandler, who’s played by Seagal, as he and his partner are left behind. The two were stranded when a mission to rescue a U.S. Congressman who has been kidnapped by the Taliban goes sideways. Now on their own, they must survive in enemy territory and wait for their unit to come back for them. The drama was written and directed by Fred Olen Ray.

Lionsgate’s action-packed ‘Code of Honor’ follows an ex-Special Ops agent, William Porter, who’s played by Craig Sheffer, as he protects his city from Seagal’s vigilante, Robert Sikes. When his family is killed in a drive-by shooting, Robert vows to rid his city of every last criminal. His former protégé, FBI agent Porter, with help from a witness, Keri Green (Helena Mattsson), tries to find his vigilante friend before the police — or the maniacal mobster Romano — are able to.

The film also stars Louis Mandylor, Griff Furst, Rafael Petardi, Michael Flynn, R.D. Call and James Russo, and was written and directed by Michael Winnick. ‘Code of Honor,’ which was released in theaters and On Demand on May 6, will be available on Blu-ray and DVD for the suggested retail price of $19.99 and $19.98, respectively.
