Actress Dania Ramirez is admirably helping spread the holiday cheer this year, as she recently partnered with Mattel in an effort to donate toys to the Boys and Girls Club. The ‘Devious Maids’ and ‘Entourage’ star worked alongside the toy manufacturing company to surprise children at the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley with the most popular entertainment of the season.
Ramirez, who’s also known for appearing in ‘X-Men: The Last Stand,’ brought her twins, daughter Gaia Land and son Aether Land, to the event, which was held on Friday, December 16. During the party, Mattel, in partnership with Ramirez and her family, donated $10,000 worth of toys on to the children at the Los Angeles-based Boys & Girls Club location.
During the Boys & Girls Club holiday party, children received this season’s hottest toys from Mattel’s portfolio of brands, including Barbie, Monster High, Hot Wheels and Mega Bloks. Mattel’s hottest toys of the season include Barbie Fashionista, a line which features dolls that are reflective of the world today. The dolls include various body types, skin tones, eye colors and hairstyle. Hot Wheels Ai uses enhanced artificial intelligence to guide Hot Wheels cars around the track. For younger kids, the Mega Bloks Food Truck Kitchen helps them serve tasty meals with the popular blocks.
