Rosario Dawson is fighting back against the biggest threat that’s endangering her new family in the upcoming drama, ‘Unforgettable.’ Warner Bros. Pictures has released the final trailer for its upcoming suspense thriller, which showcases the Satellite Award-winning actress emotionally and physically defending herself from her new nemesis, Katherine Heigl.
The last trailer for ‘Unforgettable’ follows Dawson’s character, Julia, as she happily and effortlessly begins to assimilate into the life of her new boyfriend, David. But once the couple becomes engaged, their contentment drastically subsides and turns into fear. David’s ex-wife and the mother of his daughter, Tessa, who’s played by Heigl, becomes increasingly outraged that Julia has taken her place in her family. So Tessa vows to take whatever means necessary to take back what she feels belongs to her.
In addition to Dawson and Heigl, the suspense thriller also stars Geoff Stults, Whitney Cummings, Cheryl Ladd, Robert Wisdom and Robin Hardy. ‘Unforgettable’ was written by Christina Hodson, and marks the directorial debut of producer Denise Di Novi. She also produced the drama with Alison Greenspan and Ravi D. Mehta.
Warner Bros. Pictures, which is set to release ‘Unforgettable’ in theaters on April 21, has released the following synopsis for the suspense thriller:
Katherine Heigl stars as Tessa Connover, who is barely coping with the end of her marriage when her ex-husband, David (Geoff Stults), becomes happily engaged to Julia Banks (Rosario Dawson)—not only bringing Julia into the home they once shared but also into the life of their daughter, Lilly (Isabella Rice). Trying to settle into her new role as a wife and a stepmother, Julia believes she has finally met the man of her dreams, the man who can help her put her own troubled past behind her. But Tessa’s jealousy soon takes a pathological turn until she will stop at nothing to turn Julia’s dream into her ultimate nightmare.
