For 43 years, the annual Saturn Awards recognize the brightest and very best in science fiction, fantasy, and overall genre works. In 2016, the big sci-fi of the year is “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,” while in TV HBO’s “Westworld” got the top prize. Check out a full list of the winners below:
