Matt Mullins is learning how to fight his battles in a foreign culture in the newly-released action movie, ‘Death Fighter.’ The actor is embracing his protagonist’s risk-taking venture in the thriller, which is now available on DVD and VOD in the USA, courtesy of Vision Films. In honor of the drama’s distribution, Shockya is premiering an exclusive clip.
The video, which is titled ‘Breathing Fire,’ follows Mullins’ character, Michael Turner, as he watches a traditional Buddhist festival. The American cop asks his new ally, Bobby Pau, who’s played by Don Wilson, why the Thai village they’re in is celebrating. The ex-military outcast explains to Michael that the festivities bring joy to the community, especially when the performers partake in the tradition of fire breathing.
In addition to Mullins and Wilson, ‘Death Fighter’ also stars Gigi Velicitat, Cynthia Rothrock and the late heavyweight point-fighter and kick-boxer, Joe Lewis. The thriller was directed by Toby Russell and written by Lawrence Riggins. Kazu Patrick Tangh, who has previously choreographed action scenes with such actors as Jackie Chan, Orlando Bloom and Jason Statham, served as the Action Director and Stunt Coordinator on the thriller
