Trying to find sensible explanations for ghostly occurrences can make even the most reasonable person become irrational. That’s certainly the case with Andy Nyman’s seemingly stable character in the upcoming horror movie, ‘Ghost Stories.’ To showcase the deterioration of the actor’s character, the drama’s American distributor, IFC Midnight, has unveiled three new teaser trailers for the film.
In addition to starring in ‘Ghost Stories,’ Nyman also co-wrote and directed the movie with Jeremy Dyson. The drama, which is set to be released next year, also stars Martin Freeman, Paul Whitehouse and Alex Lawther. The film is based on Nyman and Dyson’s 2010 British play of the same name.
‘Ghost Stories’ stars Nyman as Professor Goodman, a psychologist and skeptic, who has his rationality tested when he stumbles across a long-lost file containing details of three terrifying hauntings. He then embarks on a mission to find rational explanations for the ghostly happenings.
