Striving to uncover the truth about life’s purpose is vital to everyone, especially those people who are trying to overcome personal challenges. That’s certainly the case for actor Stephen McClintic’s protagonist in the new drama, ‘Bardo Blues.’ The character’s struggles to find the right path he should follow will be highlighted when Freestyle Digital Releasing distributes the film tomorrow in theaters.
In honor of the release of ‘Bardo Blues,’ ShockYa is premiering an exclusive clip, which is titled ‘Bike Ride.’ The clip features McClintic’s character, Jack, meeting Gabriella, who’s played by the movie’s director, Marcia Kimpton. The duo travels throughout the Thai countryside together, in the wake of Jack’s new-found sobriety, and contemplate where his life will head next.
In addition to helming and starring in the drama, Kimpton also co-wrote the script with Anthony Taylor, and served as a producer. In addition to McClintic and Kimpton, ‘Bardo Blues’ also stars Brian Gross
The award winning movie’s theatrical run will include screenings at various Kimpton Hotels, the filmmaker’s namesake, across America, including Los Angeles and New York City. Ten percent of Kimpton’s revenue goes to One Mind, an organization that has raised $220 million to find a cure for mental illness through brain research.
Freestyle Digital Releasing has unveiled the following synopsis for ‘Bardo Blues’:
